REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.

Conditions for returns:

  • Item must be in original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Exceptions – non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable goods
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

EU Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at zlatnice@gmail.com.
