2. Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing: Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Domestic delivery – Czech Republic:

  • Carrier: PPL
  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days
  • All shipments are insured
  • Free shipping on orders over 2,000 CZK

International delivery – EU and worldwide:

  • Carrier: DHL Express (EU), PPL ParcelShop (Slovakia)
  • Delivery time: 3–8 business days depending on destination
  • Customs charges and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient

Damaged or lost packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at zlatnice@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
